Old Fashion United Baptist Church is founded on the Word of God.
We believe unequivocally in the truth of God's Word. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, that his sacrificial death on the cross of Calvary was all-sufficient to redeem man from the penalty of sin and save him eternally.
We believe in the need for Christians to grow in Christ through the study of God's Word, the edification of the Church, and the fellowship of believers.
We believe that Old Fashion United Baptist Church is a place where the lost soul can hear the truth of the gospel, and the saved can grow in their walk with the Lord, according to the scriptures.
We also believe that most of the confusion permeating the church today is due to a lack of understanding. Christians are defeated, constantly trying to measure up to man's standards, because they don't understand their standing before God.
Christians are confused in their Bible study because they don't know to put first things first and have been taught the Bible based on the traditions of belief more often than what the Bible actually says!
We're a simple people, we love the Lord, we believe His Word, and we want people to go to heaven, and enjoy the journey!
